I received and reviewed my "author's proof copy" from Amazon KDP, made just two very minor corrections and hit the "Publish" button just a short while ago. According to the website, it takes up to 72 hours for Amazon to do the final quality approval, but if all goes well (fingers crossed) the link should be "live" Thursday, and I'll do my first publicity-type push on Saturday, November 7th.
